Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

Norvis (“we”, “us”) operates the Norvis project platform (the “Service”, “Norvis”). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Norvis is a multi-tenant project platform: planning and scheduling, financial and billing records, field reports, approvals, and an append-only record of every change, for organisations of any industry. Each customer (a “Tenant”) operates within an isolated workspace.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. There are two ways into an existing Tenant, and an administrator decides both. An administrator may invite you directly. Alternatively, if you register with an email address on a Tenant’s own domain, you may ask to join it: that request is held until an administrator of that Tenant approves or declines it, and no access is granted before they do. Norvis does not support open self-registration into an existing Tenant: no route admits anyone without an administrator’s decision.

3. Free trial

Every new organisation starts with a 7-day free trial of the whole product, and the trial asks for no card. When it ends, access is paused until a plan is chosen. Data entered during a trial is not deleted when the trial expires: it is kept under the retention rule in section 9, counted from the day the trial ends.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are as displayed at checkout and may change with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. If a payment fails you have a grace period of 7 days to put it right; after that, access is suspended until payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted during a suspension.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and you keep full access until then. Because you always keep what you have paid for, there are no partial-period refunds. If we ever bill you in error, tell us and we will put it right.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you upload to Norvis (“Customer Data”). We process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect, where it lives, and your rights over it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to store unlawful content, attempt to breach tenant isolation or platform security, or resell access without a written reseller agreement.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise customers may agree written service terms with us; unless a signed agreement names a service level, no service level is promised.

9. Termination and retention

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of written notice. When a subscription ends, for any reason, Customer Data is retained for 90 days so an administrator can export it, and is then deleted.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. Neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for all claims together is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the first claim arose.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
