Field records
The working day, on the record.
Keep the work, its photographs and the people on site connected to the project.
Start with what happened.
Daily progress reports carry manpower, weather, equipment, delays and work done. Photographs sit beside the work they support.

Measured on site.
386 units accepted in MB-018.
26 units held for inspection. Kept separate from accepted work.
The muster is a register.
Project by project, person by person, day by day. Attendance records support a supervisor’s decision.
Illustrative attendance review
- Capture
- Camera photograph, position and reported accuracy
- Boundary
- The site’s drawn edge, with the company’s tolerance
- Time
- Server receipt retained; offline handset time flagged
- Outcome
- Clear or held for review; a named supervisor decides
Offline attendance replay retains the handset capture time within allowed bounds and visibly flags it for attendance-window and date review. The server receipt time is kept separately.
No face recognition. No score. No automatic wage decision.
A deliberate choice to record attendance.
Ships switched off. A company turns it on deliberately: boundary drawn, crew told what is recorded, photographs on a retention clock.
Availability must be confirmed before rollout. The module is built and starts switched off; ask about readiness for your organisation.
The fence is your boundary
Distance is measured from the site’s own drawn edge, plus a tolerance you set. Each capture keeps the position, the accuracy the phone itself claimed, and the server’s clock rather than the phone’s.
A person rules, not a score
There is no face recognition here, on purpose. A capture is clear or it is held for review, and a named supervisor decides the held ones. Every override carries that supervisor’s name.
One register, org-wide
Attendance rolls up across every project into one muster: project-wise, person-wise, day-wise, exportable. One morning can never be counted twice; the database itself refuses the second capture.
