Service delivery

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Norvis Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”) operates Norvis. This policy explains how the Service is delivered and when access starts. It reads with our Terms of Service and our Cancellation and refunds policy.

1. What is delivered

Norvis is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, so there is no shipping charge, no delivery address to give and nothing to wait for in the post.

2. When access starts

Every new organisation can use Norvis as soon as it is created, on a 7-day free trial that asks for no card. A paid plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. The first debit of an e-mandate can take up to one working day, as the Billing screen says when the mandate is registered, and the plan switches on when that debit is collected.

3. Onboarding and data import assistance

The onboarding and data import assistance that comes with a company’s first paid plan is delivered remotely, on a schedule agreed with the company.

4. If access has not started

If a payment has been confirmed and the plan has not switched on within one working day, write to support@norvis.in with the organisation’s name and the date and amount of the payment, and we will put it right. A payment that should not have been taken is refunded under our Cancellation and refunds policy.
