Cancellation and refunds

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Norvis Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”) operates Norvis. This policy explains how a subscription is cancelled and when a payment is refunded. It reads with our Terms of Service, whose section 5 points here.

1. Cancelling a plan

Plus and Pro can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing, by an administrator of the organisation. Cancelling stops every future charge. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and the plan ends then. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends: the data is kept for 90 days so an administrator can export it, as the Terms of Service describe.

2. A period that has begun

A payment for a billing period that has already begun is not refunded, in whole or in part, because access continues to the end of that period. There are two exceptions:

  • a duplicate charge, or a charge made by mistake, such as the same period charged twice;
  • a period in which we failed to provide the Service as the Terms of Service describe.

Either is refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval.

3. The onboarding and data import assistance fee

A one-time onboarding and data import assistance fee is charged with the first payment of a company’s first paid plan. It is refunded in full if the company cancels before onboarding begins. It is not refundable once onboarding has begun, because the work it pays for has started.

4. The free trial

Every new organisation starts with a 7-day free trial. The trial asks for no card and nothing is charged during it, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. When it ends, access is paused until a plan is chosen.

5. Enterprise

Enterprise is invoiced on agreed terms, and its cancellation and refunds follow the written agreement made with that organisation.

6. Prices and payments

Prices are in Indian rupees (INR). Payments are processed by our payment processor, Razorpay, and Norvis never sees or stores card or UPI details.

7. Asking for a refund

Write to support@norvis.in from the address on the account, with the organisation’s name and the date and amount of the payment.

If a refund question is not settled to your satisfaction, take it to us as a grievance. Our Grievance Officer is Susishveer Boyana, reachable at info@norvis.in.
